This seminar will cover what makes a green building really blue! Water use needs to be considered just as much as energy use and sustainable materials. Come hear how to more than meet the LEED points for water, and learn about the latest water efficient products and technologies. The seminar will address both indoor and outdoor water use. This practical course is structured to improve your proficiency in dealing with facility functional improvements and with preventive maintenance and repairs to your parking facilities. It will address evaluating existing conditions, improving functional performance, selecting maintenance and repair materials and systems, and performing effective hands-on maintenance and repair.
