Luncheons are a benefit of membership and no additional fee is charged to members. Guests are $40; non-members are $50 (property professionals only, on a space-available basis, payable at the door).  To register a guest, submit an additional registration, with your e-mail and the word "Guest" in the phone line.  On-line registration is a contract for payment of the appropriate fee by check, cash or credit card.  Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the date.
