Do you want to save money on your energy bill?

Who doesn’t want to save money and earn rebates on their energy bill? Did you know that incentive programs are available to help you optimize your facility’s performance and achieve significant energy savings?

ComEd® offers comprehensive energy savings incentives for completing multiple energy efficiency projects that can improve your building portfolio and save you money in the long term.   Improvements to your electric equipment, such as indoor and outdoor lighting and HVAC systems, can save energy, improve your tenants’ comfort, and reduce overall maintenance costs.

When you join us for the May Members Lunch, you’ll hear panel experts delve into energy efficiency programs and learn how you can apply them to your own projects. You’ll hear from property professionals, an Associate member, and a ComEd® Energy Efficiency Program expert, as they discuss how you can save money and earn rebates for your building. Lighting and HVAC systems will be discussed.

Panelists to Include:
Gary Kocher, LEED AP O+M, Supervisory Engineer, Hamilton Partners
Travis Nelson, Senior Energy Efficiency Program Manager, ComEd® Energy Efficiency Program
