"How to Identify, Coach, and Become Ideal Team Players" is part 1 of the 4 part Leadership Series
In an effort to expand our education program and provide unique course offerings that you cannot find anywhere else, the Education Committee has created a new program for 2018! The Leadership Education Series is an exclusive BOMA/Suburban Chicago educational program designed to train seasoned professionals, as well as up-and-coming leaders in the industry. Whether you're a property professional, or a vendor, you'll gain valuable lessons on improving your leadership skills in any of the courses in this series. These courses are not cumulative and you can take any in the series that interest or apply to you.
The first course in the Leadership Education Series, "How to Identify, Coach, and Become Ideal Team Players" will focus on helping you expand your leadership and team building skills. Expert instructors will provide you with practical and usable tools to help you identify, hire, develop, and become ideal team players in the workplace.
