BOMA/Suburban Chicago is always looking for individuals with fresh ideas and a desire to share a skill or interest with the commercial real estate community. Ideal instructors have extensive knowledge in their skill or subject area, great people skills, and above all, a passion for teaching others. If you think you've got what it takes, please consider applying to become a BOMA faculty member. 

To be considered, you must first meet the following criteria: 

  • Be a subject matter expertise.
  • Have a minimum of 5-10 years' experience in commercial real estate.

Courses are generally taught one day a week from 5:30 - 9:00 p.m. for six weeks or on Saturday mornings. Some courses may be taught in an accelerated format. All course descriptions can be found on the BOMI International website
