Fireside Chat:

Hear how strategic mergers brought together regional health systems, leading to the creation of Illinois’ third-largest integrated health care provider network and the unified Endeavor Health brand in late 2023. The conversation will highlight key milestones along the journey, including the foundational mergers, rebranding, and ongoing operational integration that shaped Endeavor Health today.

State of the Industry:

After the break, we will explore the opportunities and challenges shaping the medical office building market. Prepare your properties, and your team, for winter. All About Snow is a high‑impact training built specifically for property managers and building owners who need to reduce slip‑and‑fall liability, improve vendor performance, and protect their sites during winter operations.

In one session, you’ll learn....

What “reasonable care” means under Illinois law
How to evaluate service triggers and response times
How salting and de‑icing decisions affect both safety and budget
What documentation you must have in place before, during, and after a storm

We’ll also break down contract types, pricing models, red‑flag proposals, and the operational realities that determine whether your vendor is truly prepared. If you want fewer tenant complaints, stronger risk management, and clearer winter expectations across your portfolio, this training is your roadmap!
