Join the TOBY Road Map to Success!

It's still not too late to enter TOBY. The 2020 TOBY Awards competition is currently underway and there's just one thing missing - YOUR ENTRY!

BOMA/Suburban Chicago's Awards & Recognition Committee have made it easier than ever this year to enter the TOBY Awards. With the 16-Week TOBY Road Map to Success, entrants receive weekly email reminders to work on portions of their application and the TOBY requirements are broken down into smaller, more manageable tasks.

See how simple we've made it by checking out samples of past weekly emails reminders:

Week 1: Determine your Category and Eligibility

Week 2: Get Organized/Write a Building Description
Week 3: Begin Your Buildings Standards Section
Week 4: Continue Your Building Standards Section
Week 5: Take Competition and Awards Ceremony Photos
Week 6: Report on Community Impact
Week 7: Continue you Report on Community Impact

Week 8: Provide an Overview of your Tenant Relations

You may submit the Entry Intent Form anytime between now and Friday, September 13. The deadline to submit your TOBY Application is Friday, September 20. The earlier you submit your Entry Intent Form, the sooner you will start to receive weekly email reminders.
