What Generation are you? A Traditionalist? A Baby-Boomer? A Gen-Xer? A Millennial? An iGen?
There are currently five generations simultaneously out in the workforce working side by side. Each generation brings its own unique perspective as they are all at different stages in life and have different communication preferences, priorities, and habits, etc.
Having so many age groups with varying values and opinions, working together can understandably cause some generational tension. Join us for the July Members Lunch to hear business strategist and executive trainer, Donna Hickey, discuss multi-generations in the workplace. Donna will share real-life case studies that demonstrate how you can positively impact your business by addressing the needs of the different generations. She will also discuss generational communication styles, as well as stereotypes and cultural expectations. Donna will also delve into the Millennial generation and how they have significantly changed the workforce.
