BOMA International has upgraded the 100 year old Experience Exchange report to the Income/Expense IQ report. With this new report, users can compare the performance of their properties in real-time and filter data through the online, interactive dashboard. Benchmarks are available for residential and commercial asset classes.

Each year, BOMA International conducts surveys from office and industrial property professionals to create the industry’s most comprehensive benchmarking tool to assess income and expenses, create budgets, and discover marketplace trends.

When you complete the survey, you will:

  • Receive a free Expense Performance Comparison (EPC) report, which assesses how your building compares to its market peers
  • Fulfill a prerequisite for applying for, maintaining, or renewing your building’s BOMA 360 designation
  • Gain priority to the new reports when they are released – and receive discounts on your subscription
  • Help create the industry’s most comprehensive benchmarking tools

We encourage you to share your property’s data to the EER Survey. Not only is your participation essential to ensuring BOMA continues to capture the industry's best and most accurate benchmarking information for its forthcoming reports, but it also unlocks a number of valuable benefits that will improve your asset’s performance and position your building for success.
