This is a live virtual learning course, hosted by BOMA/New York.

You will receive the Zoom link for the class from BOMA International a couple of days before the course begins.

      3:30pm - 6:30pm Central Time

The new application-based microlessons provide a guided tutorial for the correct process of creating a deed and the legal aspects of enforcing it. Tools and strategies to ensure your lease agreements are fully compliant will also be provided. This works towards minimizing risks and maximizing returns, and an understanding of how to manage insurance coverage strategically, ensuring optimal protection while avoiding over-insurance pitfalls.
